We strive to display accurate information, but occasional errors in pricing, descriptions, or stock levels may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel any orders affected by them.

3. Intellectual Property

All comics, artwork, images, text, logos, and other content on the Site are the property of Darknight Comics or our licensors and are protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may browse the Site for personal shopping purposes only. You are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

4. Returns and Refunds

Because comics and related collectibles are unique and condition-sensitive items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on comic books, back issues, graphic novels, or books once they have been shipped.
We carefully inspect and package every item before shipping. However, minor shelf wear or small cosmetic imperfections can occur over time even with proper handling. If you receive a significantly damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can review your case and find a suitable resolution.

5. Prohibited Activities

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion for any reason, including abusive language, harassment, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
You agree not to use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the Site, and not to engage in any activity that disrupts the Site or violates applicable laws.
